Brice has a true passion for apartment investing and improving the City building by building. Brice works daily to understand the micro and macro impacts of government and private sector decisions made in the two states and 5 counties that comprise the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
Brice is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he studied political science and history. However, it was career experience with a private equity multifaceted property portfolio that led him to a career in commercial real estate. This experience included working in acquisitions across multiple states. Brice has now accumulated more than 23 years of commercial real estate practice, and is highly specialized in the apartment market of the greater Kansas City area. Brice consistently ranks amongst the top apartment brokers in Kansas City and is a mainstay in the Heavy Hitters list of the Kansas City Business Journal. Brice has been very involved with apartment development, redevelopment, construction, acquisitions, dispositions and consulting in the multi-family field. Brice also owns and has owned investment properties outside of the Kansas City area in multiple states and has firsthand experience handling out of state real estate investments.
Brice lives in Leawood with his wife, Laurie, and two children — Sophea and Brodye. Their eldest son, Kobe, is an engineer who also lives in Kansas City. Brice spends much of his free time involved with his kid’s various teams, both as a spectator and as a coach. Family time at the lake is a favorite activity. The family is avid sports fans and you will see them at many games locally. Brice has also volunteered time to benefit our state juvenile justice system and children’s services, and served on the board of directors and as a national office holder for the Coalition for Juvenile Justice. Brice is also involved as a benefactor for the Dream Factory and is involved with various activities through the Dream Factory. Brice also volunteers with Boy’s Team Charity and is an office holder for the Gridiron Club, the Blue Valley North Mustangs booster club.
